4. No Detox or Cleanse Nonsense: Detoxes and cleanses are like testing the waters with a shark. Don't. Instead, commit to a sustainable 90-day plan. Quick fixes are mirages.

5. No to Extreme Diets: Keto, fasting, drastic calorie slashes—nope. Sustainable changes win. My mantra: follow the plan. Your body needs fuel, not drastic experiments.
