Why is this happening to me?

Today, I want to dive into something that's been on my mind, something I've heard from all of you, whether through social media, market research for BBM (Body by Monika), or personal conversations. It's that feeling of being stuck, of having this gap between where you are and where you want to be in life.
I get it. I've been there myself. There was a time when everything seemed to fall apart – a toxic relationship, financial struggles, neglecting my health and well-being. It felt like I was in a deep, dark hole, and those five months seemed like five years.
But looking back, I see that I was asking all the wrong questions, questions like "Why is this happening to me?" and "What did I do to deserve this?" I spent endless energy on complaining and wallowing in self-pity.
What I didn't realize then, but I hope you do now, is that life throws challenges our way to teach us lessons. We're here to learn, to grow, and to evolve. These challenges are opportunities, not punishments.
Instead of dwelling on why things are happening, ask yourself, "What can I do to change this situation? Who can I ask for help? Do I need a coach, therapist, or medical intervention?" Start taking small steps toward your desired change.
I promise you, once you embrace the lessons life is offering, once you stop driving in circles and move forward, you'll find abundance, peace, and freedom on the other side. So, don't resist the challenges; embrace them as stepping stones to becoming the best version of yourself.
