The BBM Nutrition Guide is designed to provide you with basic knowledge on the essential nutrients our bodies need to thrive. By following this guide, you can increase your energy, boost your mood, and feel great in your skin.
My goal is to show you that eating healthy or eating for fat loss does not have to be complicated, time-consuming, or expensive. We will cover the basics of nutrition, and you will be able to implement what you learn here immediately.
Please note that while I hold a Fitness Nutrition Certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and have over 15 years of experience practicing on myself and coaching hundreds of women aged 16-70, I am not a registered dietitian or nutritionist.
