BBM (Body by Monika) is a bodybuilding-based training method created by Monika in 2009. It uses weightlifting with minimal basic equipment and walking to achieve specific results, such as a smaller waist, toned glutes, and excellent posture.
BBM workouts focus on fixing muscle imbalances to build strength and prevent injuries, making them both effective and efficient. Unlike general group classes, BBM provides personalized training with a strong focus on achieving visible results. You’ll quickly notice improvements in how you look and feel.

Monika A Mazur is a fitness expert with 16 years of experience in personal training, competitive bodybuilding, and aesthetic-focused strength training. She works with people who are not new to fitness, those who have trained before, tried boutique studios, group classes, and quick-fix challenges, but haven’t seen the results they want.
Her method is built on strategic strength training to shape your body like a fitness model, without the extremes of competition prep. No machines, no fads, no obsessive cardio. Just effective training using simple equipment and walking.
With a background in competitive bodybuilding and certifications in fitness nutrition, behavioral change, and women’s health, Monika understands both the science of the body and the art of aesthetics. She brings an expert eye to muscular development, posture, balance, and symmetry, helping you build a body that looks sculpted, confident, and strong.
At 42, Monika lives what she teaches. She lifts, walks, eats well, and feels amazing in her skin, and she teaches her clients how to do the same. Her focus is longevity, health, and creating a body you feel proud of for years to come.

Train from home or at the gym using whatever equipment you have. While sessions are unlimited, we recommend no more than six strength days per week for recovery.
Investment: $3,500 for four weeks
*Sessions do not roll over past the 4-week mark. Your start date begins upon payment.
