BBM (Body by Monika) is a bodybuilding-based training method created by Monika in 2009. It uses weightlifting with minimal basic equipment and walking to achieve specific results, such as a smaller waist, toned glutes, and excellent posture.


BBM workouts focus on fixing muscle imbalances to build strength and prevent injuries, making them both effective and efficient.


Unlike general group classes, BBM provides personalized training with a strong focus on achieving visible results. You’ll quickly notice improvements in how you look and feel.

* Each session is one hour. While you can train every day, we recommend a max of six strength sessions per week for optimal recovery. This program is completely customized to your setup, whether you train at home or in the gym, using whatever equipment you have.
