How to get started

This guide will walk you through setting up your account, navigating the app, and making the most of your workouts. Whether you're on a free trial or a paid plan, follow these steps to get started.

1. Setting Up Your Account

After signing up, you'll receive an email with:

✔ Your login details

✔ Links to download the BBM app on iOS & Android

2. Navigating the BBM App

Once logged in, you’ll find five main sections:

  • Dashboard – View your daily schedule and tasks.

  • Schedule – Plan your workouts and track upcoming sessions.

  • Programs – Access structured workout plans (custom or general).

  • Live Library – Watch past live workout recordings, including total body, upper body, glutes, and posture sessions.

  • Guides – Find important links like Zoom training sessions, class sign-ups, and additional fitness and nutrition resources.

3. How to Start a Workout

  • Go to the Programs section

  • Select your workout for the day

  • Tap on any exercise name to watch a demo video explaining proper form

Watching these short instructional videos ensures you perform each exercise safely and effectively.

4. Tracking Your Progress

Use the Logbook to track: Meals & drinks, Progress photos, Body measurements

Staying consistent with tracking helps you stay accountable and see results!

5. Important Forms to Complete

To ensure a safe and customized training experience, please fill out these two forms inside the app:

✔ PAR-Q Form (a quick health screening questionnaire)
