Your body adapts quickly, and you'll find yourself needing more and more cardio. Strength training is the winning approach because it reshapes your body while burning fat. Plus, it's sustainable.
Next, mindset matters. Negative self-talk can sabotage your progress. Stop telling yourself that weight loss is impossible or too hard. Shift your mindset to believe in your abilities.
Lastly, it's all about food. Forget restrictive diets; what truly counts is a calorie deficit. You can enjoy the foods you love in moderation and still lose weight. No need to cut out everything you enjoy forever.
